At Impact Energy Trading, we operate in markets where speed, precision, and discipline decide outcomes in minutes. You will not be observing from the sidelines. You will be expected to think, act, and improve from day one.

We are looking for a Student Trader in Aarhus. This role is for students in their final two years. If you are not close to graduation, this is not the right fit.

What you’ll do

• Work side-by-side with experienced intraday traders and contribute from the start.
• Monitor European power markets in real time and make quarter-hour decisions under pressure.
• Break down data, form views, and adjust them as the market moves.
• Help build and refine the tools and strategies that drive our trading.

What we’re looking for

• Strong analytical ability and a clear ambition to become a trader.
• High motivation and a workhorse mentality. You are willing to put in the hours and effort required to improve.
• You perform under pressure and prefer environments where performance is visible.
• You take ownership early and act without waiting to be told.
• Fluent in English. 
• You are ready to work evening, night and weekend shifts.
